Co-Founder Rosaana Mendez

With over a decade in the luxury fashion industry, Rosaana has built her career by blending a passion for design with deep expertise in business, operations, and relationship management—bringing a thoughtful, strategic approach to every part of her experiences.

Co-Founder Viktor Luna.

After relocating to New York City in 2001, Viktor honed his craft at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where he earned specialized in pattern technology . Following graduation, he began his career with Zero Maria Cornejo before joining the design teams at Valentino then Burberry. He later launched his own self titled label, served as Design Director for several custom ateliers, and now co-owns and leads the creative vision of the REGALIA Atelier.
